Return & Product Policy
- Returns will be accepted only if a completely different product, an incorrect item, or a damaged product is delivered. In case of damage, a clear unboxing video is required as proof to process the return.
- Each piece of handmade resin art is created individually, which means slight variations in design are to be expected. These subtle differences enhance its uniqueness and will not be considered a valid reason for return.
- Bent clock needles during delivery are also not eligible for return, as they can be adjusted with our guidance over a call. In the rare event that the clock needles are broken into two, a replacement pair will be provided along with installation instructions over a call.
