Shipping Policy
- We only ship within India and we offer free shipping.
- Delivery is via a third-party courier.
- All deliveries are sent with registered couriers or Indian posts and must be signed at the time of delivery.
- The shipping address cannot be changed once the order(s) has been shipped.
- We use express shipping. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior to or during delivery.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery and the courier company have to wait for some days for the delivery of the product.
- Order cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped, you may refuse the delivery.
- Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

My journey to Pacific Resin Art began with years of experience in sales, counselling, trading, and manufacturing. Each chapter taught me about people, business, resilience, and taking risks.
Eventually, I wanted to build something of my own, combining creativity with craftsmanship.
That vision became Pacific Resin Art. 🌿
Today, we create handcrafted resin furniture, wall art, clocks, and customized pieces, designed to bring character and timeless elegance to every space.
For me, Pacific is more than a business. It’s about trust, quality, and creating something worth keeping.
