Returns will be accepted only if a completely different product, an incorrect item, or a damaged product is delivered. In case of damage, a clear unboxing video is required as proof to process the return.
Each piece of handmade resin art is created individually, which means slight variations in design are to be expected. These subtle differences enhance its uniqueness and will not be considered a valid reason for return.
Bent clock needles during delivery are also not eligible for return, as they can be adjusted with our guidance over a call. In the rare event that the clock needles are broken into two, a replacement pair will be provided along with installation instructions over a call.
