Returns will be accepted only if a completely different product, an incorrect item, or a damaged product is delivered.

Bent clock needles during delivery are not eligible for return, as they can be adjusted with our guidance over a call. If the clock needles are broken into two, a replacement pair will be provided with installation instructions.
